Built on the decades-long legacy of our founder, Diane Johnson, our firm brings a modern sensibility to old world craftsmanship and outstanding attention to detail. Diane Johnson Design has developed a reputation for creating classic, elegant, and carefully curated interiors for discriminating clients. What began as Diane’s passion for international travel, art, and architectural history and collecting fine and unusual antiques, grew and evolved into a well-known and highly respected interior design firm.

 

Today we are a team that continues to create custom, noteworthy spaces. The interiors we design for homes, commercial spaces, luxury yachts, and personal aircraft are comfortable, dynamic, timeless; Always collaborative, reflecting the Client.

AMY TREPUS

Amy Trepus has been with Diane Johnson Design for over 20 years and now as a principal and co-owner is steering the vision of the firm. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and has worked in high-end residential design in the Southern California area and beyond for over 25 years. Clients are long-term, and include Hollywood celebrities, entertainment industry executives, Fortune 500 company leaders, and professional athletes. She has a family of her own and understands how children and pets live in a home and what it takes to balance a beautiful space with functionality and comfort.

Our staff includes other experienced designers and assistants. Our firm enjoys a career-long partnership with the architectural firm Johnson, Wen, Mulder and Associates, Inc. We are experienced in rendering, space planning, AutoCad, and architectural detailing.
